Stellavildiridis is the online store of exhibition and distribution via the Internet of watches of various brands from the Greek company "STELLA ASSTOLOS VILDIRIDIS HOROLOGY ECONOMY COMPANY" (now called "the Company", based in Kifissia, Attica, 19 Kassavetti Street, Greece (998158672 I.O.Y. OF Athens) This website and the transactions carried out are designed and addressed to a general adult audience and in any case to persons at least 16 years of age, but an order may still be rejected by the legislation on the protection of minors depending on the type and amount of transaction requested. Any use of the Company's website and any transaction made through it requires the prior consent of the user as to the following terms. The Company maintains retail stores, the addresses of which are listed on this website in a separate field. 
Please note that the Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew these terms and conditions of transactions, provided that the amended terms have previously been posted on its website. Any such modification shall not affect orders placed before the posting of the new terms. 

I Product Information
The Company lists on its website and in the fields related to each product all the necessary information about the essential characteristics of the products available, their price, their transport costs, value-added tax and the method of payment. The Company reserves the right not to list the above specific characteristics of each product if it is an informational entry regarding a product that is not yet available for sale but is expected to be in the future. Also for products whose price is formed based on specific characteristics requested by the customer, it will be available in response to an e-mail request from the lead in which the characteristics of the product will be specified for the determination of the final price.  

II Product Availability
Each product shown shall be considered as available unless otherwise stated. If – due to simultaneous purchases by more than one user, or due to a technical error – a product that appears to be available is not available, then the Company reserves the right to offer the user another equivalent product, indicating any differences with the originally selected product. The user in this case reserves the right to withdraw from the contract without compensation. And if he does not withdraw but receives the product, the user reserves the right to return the product within 14 days of its receipt in accordance with clause 3. 

III Right of withdrawal and return of products
For each watch sold by the company's website, the user has the right to withdraw without reasons within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the good to its original state, unforced (beyond its test application in his hand), with his original packaging, warranty, operating manuals, with intact labels placed on it (both with the special label of our company and with the labels of the watch itself depending on the type and manufacturer), without any modification (i.e. removal of a bracelet part) or interference with the product in any way, accompanied by the documents issued. The customer in this case is charged only with the shipping costs through the courier company ELTA PortaPorta, while optionally the customer will also bear the costs of insuring the product when shipping in case of its destruction or loss (if he chooses to insure the product for the shipment). Please note that the company is not responsible for any loss or destruction of the product during the shipment, so it is recommended that the customer verify the safety of the shipping package. 

This period shall begin on receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must contact the Customer Service Department at tel. 2103633582 and then send an e-mail to eshop@stellavildiridis.com, indicating the name, order number and optionally the reason for the return of the product, in order to improve the services provided by our Company. This right shall not apply in cases where the product sold is manufactured and/or processed on request in accordance with the customer's indicated individual specifications. The user reserves the right to indicate whether he wishes to be reimbursed the amount paid or credited to the account he maintains with the Company. The refund of the amount will be made by the Company within 14 days of receipt of the product in a similar way to the original payment method unless the purchase was made on delivery in which case the refund will be made within the abovementioned deadline to the bank account indicated by the customer with the customer's beneficiary.

If the order is proven to be executed incorrectly on behalf of the company, i.e. in the case of delivery of an item other than that ordered by item or quantity or where at the time of delivery the item is completely destroyed or for the most part, the user must, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, either not accept receipt of the product in the first place, or request a replacement with the originally ordered product with another up to the amount of the price paid, or request reimbursement of the price paid. In any case, the company has the right to refuse the above if the goods are not returned in their original condition, packaging and with intact labels placed on it, accompanied by the documents issued, as described above in detail. 
The company is not responsible for any damage and damage to the products after their use and is in no way obliged to replace them. For the best service of our customers, our company undertakes the transportation and receipt of the products to be repaired too and from the respective dealership. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the customers.

•Repeated returns
Our company with the above policy facilitates its customers in the selection of products through the e-shop, however, if it is found settled behavior of return of products (at the company's unjustified discretion) by certain customers, the company has the right to exclude the access of this user/customer from the e-shop and/or to refuse any subsequent transaction.

IV Product purchase procedure
Each user browses the Company's website in order to search for the products that interest him or her and their characteristics. For the selection of products and their quantities, it shall make the necessary entries in the relevant fields. Each user can purchase more than one product with each transaction he makes. In order to finalize the order, the user must confirm in any case that he has read and agrees to these terms. The order is considered complete only if the user receives an e-mail update that his order has been posted to the company's system. The Company is not responsible for any error in the user's e-mail address if this is due to incorrect registration of his data by him. In this case, the order is considered complete and the user must pay the price if the company proves that he sent an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user. 
Cancellation of the order can be done at any time the user wishes until the registration of his details on the respective payment pages of the bank. If the process has been completed and the user wishes to cancel the required direct communication with the Company. Depending on the stage at which the order is located, the user will be informed of the cancellation process and any costs (e.g. shipping, if it has already been made). Please note that in case of cancellation, and depending on the stage of the order, shipping costs may apply, even if due to the amount of the cancelled order no costs were provided. 

V How to pay
Payment may be made at the user's choice in the following ways: by credit card charge, PayPal, deposit to a bank account indicated by the company, with debit card charge, on delivery. In the case of cash on delivery, the payment will be made in cash to the courier company's distributor and may not exceed the total amount of five hundred (500) euros, while the user will bear the costs of the delivery in accordance with the courier company's charges. The shipment and delivery of the products will only be carried out upon confirmed payment of the order, except for orders on delivery.

VI Delivery of sold products - Security
The delivery of the products will take place at the user's expense, depending on the way he has chosen, unless otherwise specified by the terms of the individual transaction. Shipping costs include insurance for the products ordered. The company may from time to time dispose of its products free of charge to the user of shipping costs, provided that the order exceeds a certain amount. In case the delivery time of the order/construction exceeds 30 days, except in cases of force majeure, this will have previously been the subject of special communication on the part of the Company and acceptance by the user. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the user. In the event of a change of address or error of the user with respect to his address or other contact details, he will be liable for any additional shipping costs and the company is not responsible for any delay in delivery of the order beyond 30 days or beyond the agreed delivery time.

VII Intellectual property rights
This website is the official online store for the exhibition and distribution of the Company's products. All content of websites including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, services and products are the intellectual property of the Company, or third parties that have authorized its use by the Company, and are protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. Any copying, analog/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, creation of derivative work or misleading the public about the actual provider of the content of individual websites is prohibited. Any reproduction, reissue, downloading, communication, dissemination, transmission or any other use of the content in any way or means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written permission of the rightful owner of the above copyright.

The names, images, logos and distinctive features representing the Company and/or its online store and/or third parties contracted with them as well as their products or services are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of the Company and/or the above third parties and are protected by Greek, Community and international trademark laws and industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition. In any case, their appearance and exposure on the Company's website should in no way be regarded as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.
